She calls herself the Renegade Lunch Lady, but all she really wants is for all kids to be able to eat a healthy lunch at school. How hard is it? Apparently, pretty hard. We can’t imagine it’s that difficult to find schools serving chicken nuggets, canned green beans and peach slices swimming in corn syrup and passing it off as healthy.
